Memories...

I saw this on my friend Melissa's blog and then it showed up on my sisters Melissa's and Emily's blog and thought it was a cool idea.  Here are the rules:
1.  Add a comment on my blog, leave a memory that you and I had together.  It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!
2.  Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you.  It should be funny to see the responses.  If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you.  I've done this on a couple of my friend's blogs and it is fun to see everyone's memories!  Please, take the time to comment and write a memory of us!

So I don't remember a whole lot about Angie from High School other than you were Loren's little sister and I saw you at the house every so often and we were in yearbook together.
But I do remember the Angie from the past couple years I have had the please of getting to know and be friends with. I remember the first day I started working at the Transcript. I was so unsure of working there and then I saw you and Heidi and you guys were so nice to me and made me feel like I was part of the company already. We caught up on old times and had some laughs. I am so glad that I have been able to really get to know you and I am really really grateful for your friendship. Love you tons. Melissa :)

Angie, So I am rolling about the memory of us sleeping in the box all night. I am still laughing...OK composure is set. Man, we did have some good times. I loved singing together where our voices blended so well we didn't know who's was who's. Remember the crazy party we had when mom was out of town (the one where I had my first kiss) Oh the trouble we got in from running away to the Way Station and when we walked until we reached the edge of town and ran across those old cow bones. Oh yeah and when you made me drink PEE! I love you so much. I can't even think of my childhood without a memory of you and really, it is all good. I have forgiven you and Pauline about the pee.

Okay so I don't have my own blog but I had to share some memories because when I think back to to high school and all my memories you are in all of them.
I think my memories of you of course began when I moved here. But some of my best memories are of our sleepovers out on the trampoline and in the tent in my backyard (funny Steve and I were just talking about that).
Then they move on to high school and all the fun we had at school and after, our driving days, putting together the sophomore float. Our first date what a mess that was, what were we thinking, are you still grounded for that? Some of the things we did. Anyway.
Then of course what would our memories be without Lagoon. What a summer that was. The ups the downs, the late nights, the early mornings, the Phillips 66 for a mountain dew and a doughnut, the Arbys, it was a great summer.
Then we lost touch and came back together I still remember when we met up after not seeing each other for what seemed like so many years. But then we talked like time had never passed.
And now our lunches and of course when I found out you were pregnant. AHHHH!!! Still so excited for you. And whenever you come over the kids wait at the window waiting "for Angie to come" especially Xavier you know he has a crush on you.
In short my life wouldn't have been the same without you in it. You are my best friend you always have been and always will be. We have shared so much together and can't wait to share even more with you. What can I say I love you man.

My fondest memories of you were made on "The Cruise". I will laugh about these things until the day I die. Here is just a few.

The asparugus. You really enjoyed that asparugus Angie. Remember what it looked like?

Your horse! It just couldnt help itself. It just had to keep nipping at Daves horses butt. Or was it the other way around?

Karioke....You were brave....all I could do was dance! Remember the lady who sang "La Isla Bonita". That was weird. She still haunts me.

You guys were so much fun....I cant wait for Hawaii! I am always guaranteed a good laugh when Im with you, yours is so contagious!

This is so cute. I read what others have wrote. You are a doll and always have been. I remember double dates where we would just make out with our dates... :) HeHE! Fun times! I remember our letter writing and the box you made me. I still have it full of your letters we wrote back and forth one summer. I remember you introducing me to Dave. And thinking he was perfect for you.. then you married him.. that was great. I remember "Roller Coaster of Love" & mooning the school. Ok who all is going to read this?? I am getting myself in trouble! I guess over all I have many memories of Angie but to sum it up. You are an amazing considerate friend. A true friend... Any one that has the chance to know you will walk away a better person because of you. You are a good example to me. You are kind & understanding, accepting & forgiving. For the many years we have known each other you have always been there for me know matter what. And that means the world to me. Thank you Ang. LYLAS Heidi

Before I met you I knew you had to to be someone special who else could have my David so tied up in knots. He said you were beautiful and he was right. But I know my David he saw the inner beauty that shines from you. I could see why he fell so hard so fast. He knows a good thing when he sees it. We love you too and are so proud to have you in our family love Mom maxfield
